Which AI tool lets agencies share brand kits with a client team?
Adobe Firefly and Krea share trained brand models; Canva shares brand kits; Miravela adds roles and credit caps per brand folder for agencies.
Several tools do this, but they share different things. Adobe Firefly and Krea let you share a trained brand model with named collaborators, Canva shares brand kits (logos, colours, fonts) by folder and group, and Miravela applies a brand kit automatically inside per-brand folders with roles and credit caps per member. Which one fits depends on whether you need a trained model, a design-template kit, or a production workflow that includes client approval.
What "sharing a brand kit or model" can mean
Buyers use the phrase for three different things:
- A trained model. You upload reference images and the tool learns a style, product or character. Others on the team generate with it.
- A brand kit. Logos, colours, fonts and rules are stored once and applied to every piece of work a team member produces.
- A client-scoped workspace. Each client has its own folder, with its own members, budget and review loop.
An agency usually needs all three. Few tools cover them together, so the comparison below says which tool covers which.

Comparison of tools that share brand assets with a team
| Tool | What gets shared | Access control | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adobe Firefly Custom Models | Trained subject or style models | Editor, Reviewer and Generator roles | Teams already on Creative Cloud |
| Krea | Trained LoRA models, folders, workflows | Custom user roles and permissions on the Business plan | Teams that want many models and model training |
| Canva | Brand Kits (logos, colours, fonts) | Shared with specific folders and user groups | Template-based design work |
| Magnific Spaces (formerly Freepik) | Shared canvases and brand assets in Projects | Edit, view-only or owner access | Node-based workflows with live collaboration |
| Miravela | Brand kit, applied automatically; client folders | Roles and credit caps per member, one folder per brand | Agencies producing campaign visuals and video for approval |
Adobe Firefly Custom Models
Adobe's help pages say you can share custom models so collaborators can edit, review or generate with them in Firefly and other Creative Cloud apps. The three roles are Editor, Reviewer and Generator. A Generator can use a published model but not edit or review it.
Two limits matter for agencies. Custom Models is currently in beta for individual and teams users, and managing collaborators' access levels to projects is available only to enterprise customers. If your team lives in Photoshop and Illustrator, this is the strongest answer to "share a brand model", because custom models work in supported Adobe apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express and GenStudio.

Krea
Krea's Enterprise page states that enterprise plans include extended training and the ability to share trained models across your workspace. Admins can also choose which AI models each team can use and set spending limits per user. On a smaller scale, Krea's workspace guide describes sharing a trained style with your workspace from the Train LoRA screen.
Krea suits agencies that want to train their own models and run many different models in one place. Its Krea 2 LoRA post notes that trained LoRAs stay private by default, which matters for client work.
Canva
Canva shares brand kits, not trained models. Its Help Center says you can create multiple Brand Kits for different teams, clients or campaigns and assign them to specific groups or folders. Brand Controls can restrict colours and fonts and require approval before members publish.
If your agency's day-to-day output is templates, social posts and presentations, Canva is the more natural home for a shared brand kit than an image generator.
Magnific Spaces and Jasper
Magnific's Spaces docs describe sharing a canvas by link or email invitation, with edit, view-only or owner permissions. Magnific's site also mentions shared credits and collaborative workflows for creative teams and agencies. Spaces is built around node-based canvases, so it fits teams that want to build and reuse workflows.
Jasper is mainly a text tool. Its Jasper IQ layer stores brand voice, style guides, audience profiles and product knowledge and applies them across the team. Choose it for copy, not for image or video production.
Where Miravela fits
Miravela is an image and video production platform for brands and agencies. It is in beta since September 2026 and based in Paris. The brand kit (logos, colours, references, rules) is applied automatically to generations. Agencies run one folder per brand, with roles and credit caps per member. Clients get a private portal where they review, comment and approve, and every deliverable is copied to the subscriber's own Google Drive.
Miravela does not present custom model training as a feature, so its brand kit is a set of references and rules, not a trained model. If a trained brand model is your requirement, Adobe Firefly or Krea is the better choice. Miravela is the better fit when the pain is organising a client account: who can generate for which brand, how much they can spend, and how the client signs off.
Pricing is in credits, in euros, with no per-model surcharge. The three plans are Studio at €199 per month, Signature at €490 per month (adds your own branded instance and custom agents) and Enterprise at €1,790 per month, all excluding VAT. Details are on the pricing page.
What shared brand access means for speed
When a whole team generates against the same brand kit, the model each person picks affects how long they wait and how many jobs fail. Miravela platform data (its own database, last 90 days, aggregated) shows the spread. Of 8,544 generations started, 8,079 completed. GPT Image 2 handled 3,074 generations with a 95.9% completion rate and a median time of 95 seconds. Nano Banana 2 handled 799 with an 89.5% completion rate and a median time of 26 seconds.
For a team, the difference is practical. A fast model suits many rounds of rough exploration. A slower model with a higher completion rate suits final frames. Roles and credit caps are how you stop a junior member from burning a month's credits on the slow option.
How to choose
- Do you need a trained model? Pick Adobe Firefly (Creative Cloud workflow) or Krea (many models, workspace sharing).
- Do you need a brand kit for templates and layouts? Pick Canva.
- Do you need per-client permissions and spending limits? Check roles, seat limits and credit caps on each plan before you commit. Several of these features sit on business or enterprise tiers.
- Do clients approve inside the tool? If you want comments and approvals to stay out of email, look at Miravela's client portals.
- Is it text or visuals? Jasper is for copy. The rest here are for visuals.
- Where must the data live? Miravela hosts data in the EU (Paris), but the models run at their providers. Check this for every tool.
- Trial it with one real client. Share the kit with two team members and a client reviewer, then see where it breaks.
Questions
- Can Adobe Firefly share a brand model with my team?
- Yes. Firefly lets you share a custom model with collaborators as Editor, Reviewer or Generator. Some access-management features are enterprise-only, and Custom Models was still in beta for individual and teams users in Adobe's documentation.
- Can Canva share a brand kit with a client's team?
- Canva lets you create several Brand Kits for different clients or campaigns and assign them to specific folders and user groups. Its own guidance also says Brand Kits can be sent to external collaborators.
- Does Miravela let me train and share a custom brand model?
- Miravela does not present model training as a feature. Its brand kit (logos, colours, references, rules) is applied automatically to generations, and agencies run one folder per brand with roles and credit caps per member. For trained models, Adobe Firefly or Krea fit better.
