Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Miravela AI service, operated by ECD – Estée Creative Direction (see the legal notice). By using the service, you accept them.

1. Access

Miravela AI is a professional (B2B) service provided by invitation. Access is limited to authorised clients and their designated users.

2. Acceptable use

  • You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • You will not upload illegal, hateful, or rights-infringing content.
  • You are responsible for the content you provide and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the photos, brands and people it contains.
  • You will not attempt to bypass the service's security.

3. AI-generated content

Visuals are produced using artificial-intelligence models. You remain responsible for how you use them. We do not guarantee that a generated visual is unique or free of resemblance to other creations.

Autopilot mode. The service offers an "autopilot" mode in which the agent prepares and starts generations without prior review by you. Turning it on is optional, it is off by default, and it requires your express acceptance — which is timestamped and stored together with the version of the text you accepted. While it is on, credits consumed by automatically started generations are deducted on the same terms as the ones you start yourself. A result you are not happy with gives rise to no refund and no credit back, the technical service having been performed. You can turn this mode off at any time.

4. Intellectual property

Final visuals produced for a client belong to that client under the terms of the contract signed with them. The Miravela AI site, brand and technology remain our property.

5. Payment

Services are billed according to the agreed quote or contract. Invoices are payable by the stated due dates.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for how you use the delivered visuals.

7. Termination

Either party may end the relationship under the terms of the contract. On termination, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Paris. Contact: info@miravela.ai.
