What is Miravela, and how does it work?

Miravela is an AI image and video production platform for brands and agencies: a brief goes in, on-brand campaign visuals and video come out, reviewed and approved by the client in a private portal. It runs the leading image and video models at maximum quality under one subscription, hosts data in the European Union, and is in beta as of September 2026.

The questions, one by one

Who is Miravela for?
In-house brand teams in fashion, beauty, luxury and hospitality, and the agencies that produce for them. It is B2B only: no free tier, no self-serve sign-up, access after a demo or by beta invitation.
Which AI models does Miravela run?
Twelve hand-picked image and video models today, including Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, MAI Image 2.5, Seedream, Flux Pro, PixVerse C1, Veo 3.1, Kling, Grok Imagine 1.5, Wan 2.7, Seedance and Hailuo. The list changes as new models ship; the models page explains which one for which job.
What does "maximum quality on every plan" mean?
Every model runs at its own highest resolution and setting by default, on every plan. A lower resolution is only used if you choose it explicitly. There is no premium tier that unlocks better output.
How does the brief become visuals?
You paste an email, a voice note or a deck. The agent turns it into a structured brief, proposes concepts and writes prompts; you edit or approve; the platform picks the best model for each job and generates with your brand kit applied. Then you sort, select, edit or upscale, share with the client, and deliver.
What is a generation credit?
Credits are what you spend to produce an image or a video. Each plan includes credits every month, and the monthly amount grows every month you stay, up to month 21; unused monthly credits end with the month, while prepaid packs top up at any time and don’t expire while you’re subscribed. The cost of a generation depends on the model and the duration, is shown before and after each run, and follows the real cost of the provider. As an order of magnitude, the Studio plan’s 2,400 monthly credits (launch offer) are roughly 1,200 images, or 61 short videos, or 10 premium videos.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Nothing breaks and nothing is queued. You keep full access to everything already produced, and you top up with a pack whenever you need more. A subscription never spends more than the credits it holds.
Can our clients review the work?
Yes. Every plan includes private client portals: the client opens a link, reviews the shared selection, comments on visuals, approves or asks for a revision. Comments come back inside the platform instead of scattered across email.
What is the brand kit?
The brand kit holds a brand’s logos, colours, references and rules. It is applied automatically to every generation for that brand. From the Signature plan, custom agents can be configured for a brand on top of it.
Where is our data hosted, and who can see it?
Database, authentication and files are hosted by Supabase in the Paris region (European Union). Each workspace is isolated from the others: every piece of content is tied to its workspace, and every read and write is filtered on it. Providers of AI models receive the content the time of a generation, under standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU; the full list is on the sub-processors page.
Do you train AI models on our content?
No. Miravela never trains any AI model on your content, and never uses your briefs, references, prompts or visuals to improve the tool or to serve another client. To generate, your content is sent to the provider that runs the model, for the time of the generation. Each provider’s own policy on training is shown on the sub-processors page.
Who owns the visuals, and can we prove our creative input?
Miravela claims no rights over them: whatever rights exist in your creations are yours, and you can use them for any lawful purpose, including delivering them to your own clients (Terms, article 10). AI-generated images are not always protected by copyright and are not exclusive — similar results can be produced for others. Miravela keeps the full prompt history of every visual — prompt, settings, model, author, date, credits — and lets you export it as a CSV per client.
What is autopilot?
A mode in which the agent fills the editor and runs generations by itself, so a batch can be produced without a person confirming each image. It is off by default, accepted explicitly once by each user, spends credits like any generation — credits it spends are not refunded, whatever the result — and can be turned off at any time.
Can we use real faces and our own models?
You can use images you hold the rights to, including your own models, as references — for a real person, only with their written authorisation covering AI generation. Some AI models refuse real faces unless rights are verified; Miravela routes the job to a model that accepts the reference or tells you why it was refused. Faces and brands used by a subscriber are the subscriber’s responsibility.
Does Miravela publish or schedule content on social networks?
No. Miravela produces the visuals; it does not publish them, schedule them or run ad campaigns. The only external account a subscriber connects is their own Google Drive, to receive a copy of every deliverable.
